By installing, accessing, or using any IK CasePilot product ("CasePilot," "BugPilot," or "StoryPilot," collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not install or use the Services.
The Services are AI-powered productivity tools for software development teams:
The Services are available as extensions for Azure DevOps (via the Visual Studio Marketplace) and as apps for Jira (via the Atlassian Marketplace).
The Services do not require separate account creation. Access is granted through your existing Azure DevOps organization or Jira site. Usage is tracked per organization, not per individual user.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Azure DevOps or Jira account and for all activity under your organization.
The Services offer a free tier with limited monthly usage and paid plans with higher limits. Current plans and pricing are listed on our product pages at iklab.dev.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. All fees are quoted in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Services use artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT models) to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:
To provide the Services, we process work item content (titles, descriptions, acceptance criteria, comments) by sending it to our backend and to the OpenAI API. This content is processed in real-time and not stored on our servers. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you confirm that you have the right to share the work item content with our service for AI processing.
You agree not to:
The Services, including their design, code, AI prompts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Ihor Kosheliev and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to your input data (work item content) and to any output you generate using the Services.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Support is provided via email on a best-effort basis. We do not offer guaranteed response times on free or standard paid plans.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IK CasePilot and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the extension or app.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 6, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or our website. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
